Welcome to ANTHM Charlotte (“ANTHM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, ticketing services, events, and physical venue located at 950 NC Music Factory Blvd, Charlotte, NC (“Venue”). By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or entering the Venue you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the website or enter the Venue.
You must be at least the minimum required age to enter the parts of the Venue you intend to visit. The lower-level nightclub is strictly for patrons 23 years and older; other areas may have different age rules. You must be able to produce valid government-issued photo ID on request. Admission is at our discretion.
Tickets purchased through our website or official vendors are subject to the ticket terms displayed at purchase. A valid ticket is required for entry when required by the event.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law. Refunds, exchanges, or transfers are permitted only as described on the ticket confirmation or event page.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. If an event is canceled, our ticketing policy (posted where tickets are sold) will govern refunds or credit. The availability of refunds may vary by event promoter or third-party vendor.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with venue rules, is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk.
For safety and security, guests and their belongings may be subject to bag checks, pat-downs, or metal detection. Refusal may result in denied entry.
Re-entry policies (if any) will be posted and enforced.
Abusive, violent, or illegal conduct is strictly prohibited. Harassment of staff or other guests will not be tolerated.
Weapons, illegal drugs, large professional cameras, outside food or beverage, and other items listed on our site or posted at the Venue are prohibited. Management’s determination of prohibited items is final.
Our Venue serves alcoholic beverages and offers hookah service. Intoxicated patrons will not be served and may be refused entry or asked to leave.
Consumption of alcohol or hookah by persons below the legal age is prohibited. We may request ID at any time.
VIP sections, bottle service, and private-area reservations are subject to separate terms, minimums, and cancellation policies which will be provided at time of booking.
Behavior and dress codes required for VIP treatment must be followed. Failure to comply may lead to forfeiture of service without a refund.
By entering the Venue, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for promotional or security purposes. We and our partners may use such materials without compensation.
Flash photography and professional recording without prior written permission are not permitted.
Designated parking and preferred rates may be available for ANTHM patrons. Parking is subject to the operator’s rules and terms; we are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or belongings left in vehicles.
You agree to comply with posted health, safety, and sanitation requirements. We are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged while on premises.
All content on the Website and on signage at the Venue (including logos, graphics, text, images, and designs) is the property of ANTHM or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANTHM, its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your attendance, use of the Website, purchase of tickets, or any event.
Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you actually paid for the ticket or service at issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANTHM and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your negligence or willful misconduct.
Our Website may link to third-party sites (including promoters, ticketing partners, and marketing providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.
Ticket purchases through third parties are subject to the third party’s terms in addition to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Website or attending events you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our Website with its effective date. Continued use of the Website or attendance at events after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We also reserve the right to modify event details or cancel events for reasons including safety, weather, or other business needs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the Venue is located. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
